Working at Victoria's Secret i see that the management doesnt care too much as long as youre doing for them what they wouldnt do. They do not train you, and there is no promise of a job after the holiday season. They do not ask you availability, they make you work everyday even when you are not able
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quitting and going back to what i know is better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seeing the pretty clothes. Watching women spend there last dime on them.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Telling people the truth about what theyre really going to be doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
My brake gives me enough time to stuff 5-10 chips in my mouth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They pretend you know nothing. They treat you like theyre better than you. They DO NOT train you. So in my opinion, this company overall is not what youre looking for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Asking if one another needs more than a 15 minute brake. Speaking up when they feel the management is failing. Treating everybody like humans and not the next best Karen.
