Disappointing. The company is all about its customers and customer service but they seem to forget their employees are some of the biggest customers they have. The management is a mess there are too many people who consider themselves to be in charge and yet they do nothing are bossy and don't work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not much lately i wish there was more

Respect there is no respect among the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy overall and the store manager was gracious
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive is the urge to action in regards ro the customer the employees are walked all over though
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my store manager and assistant store manager they are fabulous they teach lead and help out completely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were actually paid on par with other retail jobs. However we are paid only slightly above minimum wage. I work my rear off for far less than management but work 10x harder than the brand managers
