The regional manager is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I would strongly recommend NOT working with Victoria's Secret, unless you want to be breaking down crying ever single day.

My coworkers are the ONLY good thing about this company. All higher management are pathetic and rude.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING! the way they do business and treat their staff is so horrible, I genuinely can't fathom it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am acting as store manager but haven't been given the title due to regional manager being stingy with money. Extremely underappreciated, it's not worth putting in any effort because they do not care about you.
