I absolutely love my job and I love coming to work every single day but the fact that I get bullied every single day by my associates in two of my managers makes me not even want to show my face because I'm so embarrassed and sad. I have workers to make fun of my weight & make up lies constantly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I just wish that I could have a work environment where we bring each other up and help each other out rather than making fun of one another, spreading lies about each other, being rude to and infront of customers, stop juding other workers over their weight & not cutting hours for someone who works
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get bullied constantly every single day Victoria Secret has been my dream job ever since I was 14 & i was more than excited when i was hired. I still want to come to work every day but its a depressing and mean environment. I constantly get bullied infront of customers and i get talked bad about
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually listen to the reports that associates try to give them. They need to not pick sides. A couple of the managers need to not bully any more. And I have a manager who cut my hours out of spite because she said im too big? They need to not bully & they need to give hours to people
