Coworkers vary based on store. Typically you have a pretty even mix of people who are competent and friendly and people who are young, inexperienced, and don't care about their job.

There's not a ton of communication at the store level as there are multiple managers. They often are not on the same page and it can create problems for employees. Everything is about forcing credit cards on people and if customers don't apply it makes you look bad.
