Management has created a hostile work environment. People are scolded for their mistakes and their accomplishments are ignored.

Leaderships needs to appreciate employees, avert from showing favoritism, and develop those who have a passion and desire to grow with the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The disrespect that I experience both management and associates has made me feel undervalued along with knowing part time associate are compensated more than me. If I were to receive a raise I would feel better about the situation at hand
