What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop making it a group interview, take time to connect and make sure they care. Ask more questions as to why they want to be part of the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at being proffessionals, keep your personal life out of work. Learn to communicate, to speak in a proffessional manner without offending or degrading. Do not discriminate nor harras. Live by per compay values, do not play favorites.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers, everyone is unique. There is no hard to deal with customer for me. I am always happy to help. I feel honored and thank them for trusting me to help. I am my company and a reflection of what it really is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to make a genuine connection with our customers. We get to lift their spirit, guide them depending on their lifestyle what they need. I get to help motherless girls pick out their first bra. The emotional experience, the connection, the stories I love.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understand everyone gets payed to work, not gossip. Keep your personal life out of work, your coworkers are not therapist. If you need time, speak to HR. Want to be there, support your team no matter what. Love your job, what you do if not move on. Stop complaining. Be positive. Be a leader.
