They need to actually listen to the reports that associates try to give them. They need to not pick sides. A couple of the managers need to not bully any more. And I have a manager who cut my hours out of spite because she said im too big? They need to not bully & they need to give hours to people

They need to learn how to handle their people, specially the new team leaders. They think that they are above all and not very helpful when it comes to the agent's concern.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get bullied constantly every single day Victoria Secret has been my dream job ever since I was 14 & i was more than excited when i was hired. I still want to come to work every day but its a depressing and mean environment. I constantly get bullied infront of customers and i get talked bad about

Because the company doesnt care about the employees after thr split between victoria secrets
I don't feel like I am informed or educated about any of my benefits or compensation. I sell double to triple my goal on the sales floor when I do work and the customers always thank me so much for being so helpful.
They are negotioating the pay
I am acting as store manager but haven't been given the title due to regional manager being stingy with money. Extremely underappreciated, it's not worth putting in any effort because they do not care about you.

Would improve if leadership can agree and get along with each other and set an example
I just wish that I could have a work environment where we bring each other up and help each other out rather than making fun of one another, spreading lies about each other, being rude to and infront of customers, stop juding other workers over their weight & not cutting hours for someone who works

Respect there is no respect among the team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start over clean with a new leadership team with values
Clear development pathways and clear communications and just overall treating others with respect daily and truly valuing the individual contributors

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
"Training" employees and stop basically calling them stupid
Ask job related questions and experience not personal questions about body image and my current weight

The marketing and poor quality of the products sold must be improved
If you're in leadership the company policies no longer apply because they are the messengers and enforcers of the policies that VP's and up establish. The new culture they take on causes leads to be immoral thus breaking code of conduct but nothing is ever done because it's the new culture.
LITERALLY EVERYTHING! the way they do business and treat their staff is so horrible, I genuinely can't fathom it.
