- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel I am undervalued. I love my position as a designer. I love painting, designing and coming up with original quotes, and Bible verses for the products. Some of my quotes are to bring a smile, a chuckle, or a laugh for my guests & as they leave the store to feel their best about life.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?There is no process, interviews are if the other coworkers deem you as 'cool' or not.
