It's interesting as the company and Australian culture is slowing getting Americanised, good seat to understand both dynamics of leadership styles

Flex 4, 4 day work week, which provides a flexible work arrangement, as long as I can do my job in the allotted time - I am more than happy to work a 38+ hours week when required and have done so a few time already.

some leaders, not all co-workers - expect us to self-train while working on a important/time-sensitive ticket, when know-how in required knowledge is limited or non-existent - this delays the deliverables, causes lots of frustration, including potential target for blame for being behind.
