Thanks for your feedback. You've raised a really good point about career paths. We are currently working on a project that will make career path options much clearer to all staff. Roll out of the plan should be Q1 2023.

ability to work on technologies I have a special interest in. I can find help and assistance from my colleagues , either face to face or via our internal online comms system

implementing our infrastructure using safe and proven technology, aiming our best to use latest tools and technologies whenever possible. (don't fix it if it ain't broke, though being able to scale up is important as well)

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

some leaders, not all co-workers - expect us to self-train while working on a important/time-sensitive ticket, when know-how in required knowledge is limited or non-existent - this delays the deliverables, causes lots of frustration, including potential target for blame for being behind.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen, and provide possible solutions, though these solutions may not be immediately adequate, the team works together to get towards a viable solution for all parties involved. A managerial framework should come out of these steps - it aims towards/promotes/encourages peaceful resolutions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Flex 4, 4 day work week, which provides a flexible work arrangement, as long as I can do my job in the allotted time - I am more than happy to work a 38+ hours week when required and have done so a few time already.
