Room are not cleaned or inspected right, management talks nastily to employees and customers
They hate holiday inn took over
A better schedule better pay or more hours. We are under valued
maintenance department needs to improve big time! Elevator has been up and down now for well over 4 months with the employees with no experience at all including myself sent into the room with the switchboard left uncovered and overheating constantly do a master reset to rescue guests over and over

Our manager is extremely aggressive after corporate visits and does not talk to us on even ground, refuses to listen to our issues, plays favorites with coworkers.
No one does as there supposed to it's like being in high school again

Honestly there is a lot that is going wrong however most of it regards to being understaffed and management
Areya Management needs to get it together and help out rather than taking vacations, demanding the bar and pool be open for a friend's wedding coming in, or comping their personal baby shower while, again, we are still understaffed without a management team.
