What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication can always be improved upon. It often feels as though the left hand does not discuss with the right hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many within the company who are extremely supportive of each other and share the vision of supporting and helping the deaf and hard of hearing community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We haven't ever had an inflation increases, and the increases we have gotten by our performance have not matched that of inflation. I have seen this across the board.
