Carefully analyze all available information before making decisions. Conduct better market research before executing ideas. Communicate the long-term plan in more detail with all employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary ranges exist for a reason, it shouldn't be decades before reaching the maximum possible when the performance is good. The requirements of the health insurance do not fit my reality.
