We have purpose and are committed to it. Because we care about serving people, we care about each other.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are willing to give their time to help others solve problems and get things done. They are professional, cheerful, dedicated people. They care about me and my work and we work well as a team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees at the bottom level are not paid enough. Even those without technical skills should be compensated for their high levels of competence and loyalty to the company. Wages have not kept up with inflation and raises have not been given regularly enough.
