What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pace is much more relaxed than what I am used to which is a breath of fresh air to me. The overall environment is one of professionalism, work-life balance, customer love and staff well-being.

Optomistic and caring. But processes too slow. Easy to give up before you start if it involves another function. Lots of silos. Politics between teams spools thr wotkers dpong great work.
