not much they are bad leaders
They are consistent in their work of luxury and performance.
Down to earth. Easy to communicate.
Caring, understanding, hard-working, conscientious. Great team to work with
new openness is very encouraging
It has become apparent that my leaders have very little concern for my personal goals, nor do they have any desire to utilise my knowledge and experience. I have found a "know your role" attitude applies to the team as the sanctity of grade structure seems far more important than experience.
Communicating and ownership of mistakes
Employee retention is low. People are leaving but nothing is really changing.
Trust. Empowerment. Nit reverting to old behavipurs when under pressure. Being proud pf the products abd brand by really fixing quality. Allow more time to train. Make new oeople and ideas welcome. Hrlp them undertand who does what in a monstor
Everything. Poor planning, execution, listening, leadership
I am at an age where the future is becoming increasingly important to my family and I, as such, the pension scheme has set me on a path that will afford me the luxury of a complete retirement without financial worries.
It's a good package compared to other companies.
High bonus and high pay
discounted jaguar to drive around in
The price reduction for company cars
No recognition for the hard work done
Higher salary, better discounts for holidays
Our performance should be reviewed individually
As a team we successfully operate a completely new department within JLR. We very much enjoy our days with a mixture of laughter and conversation while upholding the JLR code of conduct. This affords us with an excellent work environment and great job satisfaction.
It's based as a multicultural team.
Easy to work with and very supportive
happyness, love, inclusion, integrity and growth
we stick together and watch out for bullying super vision
A lot of fear and games.
Focus pn value. Stop meetings that are talking shop. Set and track outcomes. Remove mediocre performance. Celebrate talent and hogh performers rather than nice words to all
Start listening to each other
The pace is much more relaxed than what I am used to which is a breath of fresh air to me. The overall environment is one of professionalism, work-life balance, customer love and staff well-being.
The way it makes you feel part of it.
Unity and integrity between employees
Working with decent people not HR
supports working from home, encouraged to take your breaks and holidays to ensure you are fully rested for your working day

Be the first to contribute a review.
It gave me an opportunity to display my talent, it also assured me that other employees would have a respectable level of knowledge in order to create a competent team.
It was different, more on the personnal approach combined with questions about my background experience.
Presentation on my specialist area and able to share views of future
i felt comfortable and at ease
The interview process doesn't truly inform of the reality of working here.
Dont interview candidates when youve already made you midn up aboit who you want to hire
The team I work with is amazing, being able to say I work for one of the most well known and revered car manufactures is also a bonus.
Having the change to be a part of a company such as this one.
Great team and great manager
contributing and constantly developing my skills
Massive opportunities to improve so many things
So many overpaid people who cant do their job - at all levels
Empowering capable people more and less bureaucracy.
