What did you like most about the interview process?It gave me an opportunity to display my talent, it also assured me that other employees would have a respectable level of knowledge in order to create a competent team.
What makes you most happy at work?The team I work with is amazing, being able to say I work for one of the most well known and revered car manufactures is also a bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The pace is much more relaxed than what I am used to which is a breath of fresh air to me. The overall environment is one of professionalism, work-life balance, customer love and staff well-being.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?It has become apparent that my leaders have very little concern for my personal goals, nor do they have any desire to utilise my knowledge and experience. I have found a "know your role" attitude applies to the team as the sanctity of grade structure seems far more important than experience.
