It has become apparent that my leaders have very little concern for my personal goals, nor do they have any desire to utilise my knowledge and experience. I have found a "know your role" attitude applies to the team as the sanctity of grade structure seems far more important than experience.

Employee retention is low. People are leaving but nothing is really changing.
Trust. Empowerment. Nit reverting to old behavipurs when under pressure. Being proud pf the products abd brand by really fixing quality. Allow more time to train. Make new oeople and ideas welcome. Hrlp them undertand who does what in a monstor

Higher salary, better discounts for holidays

Focus pn value. Stop meetings that are talking shop. Set and track outcomes. Remove mediocre performance. Celebrate talent and hogh performers rather than nice words to all
