What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The managers need a slap to the face and needs to know their place, they abused my hard work ethic to make me do things they didnt want to do and i got tired of it

Associates that work there for years are getting paid the same amount as people that are walking through the door. They are putting on trained and not helping to train associates in management positions.

Pop up visit the stores would make you company 100% better you could see the real deal.

Take care of your employees. You won't though. These executives come in woth ideas for "efficiencies", while talking about diversity and inclusion. The director, 2 managers, supervisor and many accountants all quit within a couple months of each other. Connect the dots,.

Work ethic of employees today is declining. I don't blame the company for this. Online shopping is destroying traditional grocery stores little by little.
