What needs to change to make the company culture better?They need to take the all the workers and teach them about unity, becoming one when performing the duty at work. It's not about how you wear or look, it's about the respect you give to one another. They should teach us on how to communicate as a different colors
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My coworks lack communication, lot of communication and team work, they all want to be the best, or the favorites that I was talking about,they forget the importance of the word "team". I'd formulate a team teach it all the elements that's are needed in a team and how to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work from six to six and the information on the website says 7:00 to 17:00. We practically working overtime and we ain't getting paid for that. I'd feel better if we work as hot its intstucted on the business's website.
