Great company to work for, but pay to employee, excluding stipends is on the average lower

The work is good and most of the customers are nice people. Only really issues cone from are leaders. They are cutting hours and telling us to let the customers do what they want. This is a huge safety issue if we listen to these leaders then this company will end up with a massive law suit

The amount and insurance offered

The compensation is wonderful, but the lack of happiness and comfort has initiated my future career search. There is no hope here.

I found out they were paying us way less or than other companies were. Was able to land another job at making the right amount a fair amount of money

It's a small town community

Constantly having to walk on egg shells around mangers. You must be prefect at all times . Unrealistic deadlines.

Free lunches, free uber to and from Metra, regular company outings, very social group that likes to engage with each other...plus we are saving the earth by recycling millions of tons of material that would have ultimately ended up in the landfill if not for LRS

Working with all the drivers and support staff

When everyone comes together as a team to overcome obstacles. Where there is a will; there is a way. Outside of the box thinking gets the job done.
