What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a small town community

Constantly having to walk on egg shells around mangers. You must be prefect at all times . Unrealistic deadlines.

Free lunches, free uber to and from Metra, regular company outings, very social group that likes to engage with each other...plus we are saving the earth by recycling millions of tons of material that would have ultimately ended up in the landfill if not for LRS

Exciting, progressive and ability to move up

Hardwork is rewarded & monitized. If you are an exceptional performer. Flexibility is earned.

Laid back multicultural positve attitudes

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Send the republic rejects packing. They offer no value to growth & accountability
