Constantly having to walk on egg shells around mangers. You must be prefect at all times . Unrealistic deadlines.
Free lunches, free uber to and from Metra, regular company outings, very social group that likes to engage with each other...plus we are saving the earth by recycling millions of tons of material that would have ultimately ended up in the landfill if not for LRS
