I think the company needs to go to straight shifts and get rid of the Swing Shift stuff that they have going on in that would make everybody happy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to bring corporate down from Minnesota and go through all the high argue people that works at 3 a.m. in Ames Iowa half of them are not qualified to do their jobs.

The entire building is completely outdated and the way they do things are outdated they really need to get better at learning to do lean manufacturing I have had experience in it but they don't want to hear me because I'm a nobody

The pay is great some of the people are great but the way this company is run in Ames Iowa is completely outdated straight shifts would be awesome we have families too and they also need to learn to get rid of a lot of this overtime so far this year I've put in over three hundred fifty hours of ot
