If some people weren't forced to work at only 85% of the pay, while others got paid 100%. Pay should be equal.

I dread going to work. Persoin I have to follow is lazy & doesn't take any kind of pride in their work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our location is only one that pays there employees haired after a certain year 85% of what everyone else makes. All o the locations are on there way back to 100%
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
For the company to care about the employees having time to spend with their family & rest. Also la tiny less about their bonus toward end of year & maybe appreciate their employee's with a dinner or gift certificate
