The only thing I think is positive is the friends I made here.

If they actually listen to your comments and not just glanced over them.

Communication, we just need to get together talk and listen as well about the ideas we all have in try to make this a better company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to get rid of all the old ways because no one does them any more. Like not being able to contact your family in emergency on your cell phone.
