What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale is low, people are mean and disrespectful maybe they would treat each other better if they would fire someone once in awhile.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More pay. every company surrounding us is increasing there wages and we're loosing baby boomers left and right. Experience is leaving to attrition and money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication talking to people who do the jobs before changing things. Spending $$$$$$ on changes that were already tried 25 years ago. New engineering trying to make themselves look good wasting huge money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very poor the wage structure is low even for our area. If we had about half as many office people sitting around surfing the net then maybe the working man could get a decent raise. In the 80's 3M was the best job around best benefits best pay around. Now we have different retirement structures.
