I liked the fact that they didn't tell the truth about the work week and overtime to me or anyone else.
They need to lead by example, instead of edict. Can not manage employees. Barely manage numbers. They show no concern for employees when it comes to a balanced lifestyle or mental well being.
Hourly employees are treated badly, regarding time off work on weekends and most holidays. Employees are demoralized and demotivated. Management just needs to manage numbers better, put a priority on employee well being, consider a 5 day work week, and stop using holidays as work days.
They force us to work 7 days a week, even taking our holidays. The only way we get a day or full 2 day weekend off is to use our precious vacation time. We are forced in on weekends, only to not have much to do during the work week. That needs to change now, no matter what.
