I spend more and more of my time on mentoring the newer members to 3M !!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speed of decision making. Deligate decisions to the lowest level. Lots of micro managing the past few years, especially in our Consumer Business Group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Options are held back to the people drive the business on a daily business with the executive conference taken more of the options and higher pay on balance. Lots of second guessing which slows us down and we spend way too much time on internal presentations to each other v customer execution.
