What are some of the best things about your team?

My team and my peers were fantastic. Senior leadership is subpar.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation was known to be unequal for females in the same roles as males.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Improved communication. Appreciation for employees. It would also help if there was attention put on why attrition was so high.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Communication is lacking. Treating people like humans is lacking. The high quality employees should be recognized, while the others should be held accountable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Unequal pay and unfair treatment to females. Major lack of diversity. And with 2900 layoffs in 2020, how did the CEO make more than 1 million in additional pay last year?

What did you like most about the interview process?

While they require a minimum amount of people to be interviewed, there were many times where the process was a sham. It was already known who would get the job. In other cases, positions are never posted.
