What's the pay like for Operations roles at Accenture?
Staggered. Some folks get paid well, others paid pretty poorly comparatively. I think it starts somewhere around $15/hour for level 12 and then $20/hour for level 10. 9 and up are salaried.
Pay for operations roles is similar to industry roles of the same level and scope. They tend to be the normal Monday to Friday job with limited or no travel.
It isn't enough for the amount of work given.

Operations workforce work normal hours typically. 40 hours a week. There are exceptions, but 40 hours is the rule.
Toxic, unstable due to licensing and client demands, very poor planning , not allowing us to think outside of the box. Full time with overtime now that half of the call center has been laid off!

Top Employee Response
Good - hard to take all the days
A joke and a slap in the face to seasoned associates
i think it’s great no difference between vacation/sick/pto time. You accrue hours each pay period.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Accenture?
Solve the employee turnover problem, our best talent is leaving
I'd keep more seasoned associates, let them have autonomy to do the right thing while using prudent decision making. Not all clients are the same. Exceptions can be made.
Re-train ALL leaders

Could be better. There are some internal roles where this is allowed. We are a client service company, so we need to be at the clients most of the time.
Even if the customer allows it, Accenture will turn you down so that they can look good to the customer.
Our remote work policy is very robust, with roughly 85 percent of our US people using telecommuting during the past year.

How does Accenture make decisions around promotions?
Top Employee Response
Complex. It’s a multi step process that accounts for sales and potential
Accenture has a very complicated process around annual reviews, bonuses, raises and promotions. Those above you review your work, your reviews, and your time at position to determine if you are eligible to move up or not.
Working at Accenture is different than most companies. You will typically be on a project for a year or two, then move to a new project. You will typically change teams, managers, clients, etc... Although, it does depend on what you are doing there too, i'm assuming you are talking about being in the consulting side.
What interview questions does Accenture ask?
I don’t know. My office from a bank was purchased by accenture and we were given one week to decide on the job!!
I don't know. My office was purchased. We had one week to decide if we would take the job without any information about Accenture.
Bad ones. My interview was a sales pitch by Accenture to convince me to join them. It turned out everything they told me about the position they hired me for was a lie. The business unit did not have the sales numbers they told me it had. In fact, it had no sales at all. I was not in sales, but my success depended on growth in the unit, and that growth never happened because the unit had not even launched when I arrived.
What benefits does Accenture provide?
None that I take advantage of
Benefits are good. Good pay, excellent bonus and stock, good health benefits.
I have my own benefits from my husband
