  • It really depends on the project. Some projects allow or even prefer work from home, others require people to be onsite always. If the project and client allow it, it is totally OK.

  • It is definitely a diverse place. I have never felt that there was an absence of women at the lower levels (analyst, consultant, manager) but there is definitely fewer women at the Senior manager, MD levels

  • A person can have many different experiences at Accenture. It is less than formal as there are many ways to experience a career at Accenture. Ultimately it is based on the demands of the marketplace \ client needs.

  • No, the employee turnover has been so high recently that it’s been hard keeping people in their job to begin with

  • Yes, for analysts. Once you move up, you are building an expertise in an area. If you are client facing, usually projects rotate themselves. Meaning, you switch clients and roles very 3-9 months on average.
