How long do the interviews usually take at Accenture?
It depends on level. It will take some time to vet all candidates and pick the very best. Weeks sometimes.

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Accenture?
As an interviewer, I get frustrated at times with unprepared interviewees. Recognize that the interviewer is making a sacrifice to their normal day job to talk with you. The interviewer wants to hire you and wants you to fit the role. Be the person we want to hire.
It took more than two months and meetings with seven people, including two or three visits to the office. It was probably the most tedious interview process I've ever endured.
How do you feel about Accenture's future?

It varies by team and role, but generally yes. Like many companies, upper management is predominantly male and white, but there are fewer barriers than I have seen in other places.

Clear articulation of subject. Think toastmasters. How one presents themselves, and a subject. Can they stand in front of a team or client and deliver a clear concise message.

What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Accenture (US)?
Chances are you will be "on the bench" waiting for your first assignment. Spend that time networking, figuring out what you can about Accenture organization, who your career councilor is, where you fit in the organization. Network at Accenture is very important. Start to build your brand inside the company.

Very large; hard to connect with highest leadership. Local MD/Managers are better, but we are so spread out.
