Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Just a fair workplace positive energy it's too much work mis-conduct. From management. They are all Bullies because of the title they hold.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work for 3rd party so I dont even know if I'm in the right place to comment. This business is great. The projects are too. The leadership is horrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. Leadership skills. Coach and development. Need a non bully tactic needs to stop. I may get fired after going on 5yrs for stating the truth. But you dont make it 5yrs and not any good. We need men in leadership in the building. Logic thinkers.
