What makes you most happy at work?
Great culture, continuous involvement of management regarding employee happiness. Senior management keeps giving gifts to the entire team on achieving small milestones. Everyone loves our CEO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the members are competent and promote a healthy culture of giving value to everyone's idea. Seniors do not impose their philosophies like other companies I've worked for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Questions asked were of a difficulty that can be solved in an interview. Not those impossible questions which throws off a candidate out of confidence in his first interview. I did mixed questions from puzzles/algorithms/mathematics/language and design.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone understands work life balance. I've never seen anyone being forced to come to office in case he is not feeling well or needs a PTO for some personal reason. We just have to notify someone in the team. Don't even need to ask permission from anyone.
