I have been converted from a contractor so I have seen both sides of this role. I think Adobe does a great job of offering reasonable jobs to everyone on the team and ensuring that we have support and care for our jobs.

Everyone is really accomodating of people's schedules and lives. We get lots of swag and fair compensation

I enjoy knowing that I get to go home at the end of the day without too much stress.
