Allow people to self elect to work remotely as long as metrics are met
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Evaluate the currently existing talent within Adobe and compensate accordingly. We're underpaid in comparison with competitors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience and education is not taken into account and I have been hired at a lower level with no clear path to level up.
