I have always liked working at Adobe. I like the vision Shantanu has for the company. When it gets down to the Director level it really depends upon the team you work with how your experience at work is. Right now I think our Director level managers need some training to help our experience

They are all working really hard to make our team successful.

Watching my team complete projects and experience success. I like my team and they work hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not used to working at home and I like it. I am grateful I will be allowed to continue to work from home for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Shantanu and his staff are great. But as you step down into the organizations the leadership goes dark. Not sure they know what the division teams are working on? Don't feel they are vested in what we are doing as project teams. It seems all very high level, more so than ever before.
