What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSUs are pretty awesome, even though the stock has trended down, it always comes back up over time.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being part of the Product team so I can help solve customer problems and make sure they fall (and stay) in love with Adobe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that we can be open and honest about our opinions so long as they are informed ;), and we are accepted for who we are individually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are some of the smartest people in the Tech industry, but more importantly, they are forthright and honest. I feel my coworkers create an environment of psychological safety and trust for everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about the direction of the company and our role in that direction, offering resources and support always for employees. I also love the customer-obsessed environment they create so we are always keeping the customer in mind when building our products.
