I like that they at least say the hard questions out loud when employees present them. Answering is hard, and sometimes they could be considered non-answers, but they are at least acknowledged.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team is great, I couldn't ask for a better set of colleagues. We get things done, take pride in our product, then we laugh and play to balance things out. Rinse and repeat.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is extremely qualified in their respective field. Everyone is happy to answer questions and help out when they can, both Individual contributors and managers are keen to see everyone better themselves-- no dragging down here.
