I'm skeptical about big companies and the ability of tech companies to do good in this world without creating issues with social inequality, but given that hesitation for my industry I am really impressed with Adobe and its people and culture and think they're doing as much as they can to be good

I feel tremendously proud of being a part of Adobe, I am grateful to get to be here and grow in my career and to get to wield my talents here. I never expected to enjoy a corporate job so much or feel such loyalty to my company. But I do and I am because of the culture of the company.

We are collaborative and cooperative and genuinely supportive of everyone's success

That we are treated as humans and given the space to be humans

I came in as a contractor and did not have a formal/typical interview process

They're real, they're community-minded and cooperative, we all care about customers and being good citizens at our org
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to really think of the employees as people and care about our well-being and being positive contributors to our world as much as possible. They're responsive and human.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Adobe feels like a company where the workforce is a collective of humans with a shared goal being guided by an able and authentic leadership team. I feel our humanity is acknowledged and honored and we are given the tools and culture to succeed and the guidance to get there.
