Adobe is a very good company for employees. It has been a quiet giant in the tech space, but AI has made the work harder and a bit more intense. But the leaders do seem to care about the employee base, and we're trying to figure out how to innovate as we go.

The team is very supportive and collaborative. We carry a lot.

Flexibility around how we get our work done. There's no hall monitor about in-office vs hybrid work.

It's likely the nicest of the bigger tech companies. It's getting a bit more churn-y, but it's nice overall.

I met with a ton of people involved in my work. It was helpful to understand the breadth of the work and teams before I started.

I believe that the company has done a good job over the long term to keep Adobe at the top of our respective part of the creative and enterprise spaces.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sabbatical every 5 years is a fun perk that not every company provides to its employees. I also love the two shutdown periods in the US (July 4 week) and the time between Christmas and New Years.
