Our team is very collaborative and supportive of each other. Everyone is always looking for ways to help each other do their best work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's very little 'competition' that you get at other companies. Everyone really is focused on getting the job done and not making anyone's life miserable over it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is very communicative and open. Obviously it's a corporate environment, but I feel that they're as open as they can be and very much care about employee well-being.
