I love getting to actually accomplish things-- my work is regularly put out into the world and seen by millions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly transparent with the successes and setbacks we face each quarter. They regularly showcase their intellect on stage at our all-hands right alongside their humor and humanity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am constantly amazed by the quality and caliber of individuals I get to work with on a daily basis. They are so intelligent and knowledgable about the industry, but also kind and interesting humans.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that our company culture is supported at every turn. Whether it's funding for in-person events in my metro area or surprise gifts for our team, I consistently feel part of the Adobe family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love all of the dependent care benefits. As a new mom, I've been floored by the amount of opportunities there are to support my family. From back-up childcare to dependent care reimbursement, it's a game changer!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never worked in an environment with such a high caliber of intelligent individuals. Everyone takes their work seriously and is incredibly diligent, while also maintaining a high degree of connectedness and support for one another.
