Adobe is a great place to work. Having been acquired 4 years ago by Adobe is the reason I'm not retiring next month at 65. It's more challenging, engaging, and fun to work than ever with Adobe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Creativity, collaboration, negotiation are done with respect. Acceptance of work/life balance, work flexibility, diverse cultures, and diversity is also a bonus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits, extra wellness perks, and surprise extra 'thank you' compensation (which I've never seen offered by my other companies), for outstanding work handling major customer emergencies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are attentive and responsive to each other. We work together to enact a high quality interaction with both internal and external customers. Our focus is to ensure our products are sleek, elegant, and a true pleasure to use.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I was going to retire from my company in a few years, at 65. Then Adobe bought us. The Adobe culture is outstanding. Work projects and opportunities became more exciting & engaging. It's too much fun to to tackle the new challenges and opportunities of our new projects. I'm not retiring!
