What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility to get work done on my timeline - as long as the project is done when the team needs it and at the level that they are expecting then I have the freedom to work on it at will
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has done a consistently great job of sharing the inside scoop of their day-to-day role - through Town Halls, thoughtful emails, or quick conversations we are kept up to date on what is happening at the leadership level.
