I don't belong to a very good team.

We make good money and have nice benefits.

Gone way downhill in the last year. Everybody is pretty miserable.

Good salary but the stock option part is dwindling to very little.

The flexibility of my schedule to work around my child care needs.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Needs to be more honest with candidates about what job they will really be doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers on the experience cloud side are not happy with the product value. Too many false promises for too long.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the CMO and CRO. They have been there too long and they pick favorites. The CMO is very snobby silicon valley.
