I feel good going to work every day. I get to work with smart and interesting people. I feel pushed and stretched but also feel supported. I am learning all the time and I love that. I also really respect a number of our leaders. We have some incredibly leaders.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I feel challenged, excited, constantly inspired by the people I work with, and at the end of the day, I more often than not feel satisfied with what I did that day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I love the people I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock is amazing. But I also am regularly blown away by the medical coverage.

I trust them! They are authentic and I trust them to do what is right for our employees and customers

The Stock - they are very generous. I also really love the benefits - not part of compensation I know but it feels that way.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I genuinely enjoy the people I work with and that makes everything more satisfying. I want to do good work for them and with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust them. They feel authentic to me and I never doubt that they love Adobe or are putting our customers and our employees first. I think that is pretty rare.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so smart and I enjoy working with them. What I appreciate the most is how generous so many are with their time. Always happy to brainstorm or explore options, give advice or lean in and help when needed!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are incredible and there is such an amazing sense of community. People come and stay to build their careers at Adobe. I love that I get to work with smart people and I learn from them all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We were founded on the principle that great ideas come from anywhere. And I love that about Adobe. Doesn't matter what you do or where you sit, you can still make a difference or give input into anything from a new product through an employee beta or an existing product through employee feedback.
