My direct team leadership and manager are wonderful, personally and professionally. They want to work hard but also care about you as a person
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Adobe on average are wonderful. The org leadership gaps create barriers and stress that trickles down into daily tasks/dynamics, making things difficult on average. However, if things were better - I think we have the right overall team talent to be more impactful overall for Adobe/biz
